Around 100 people attended the community meeting on Saturday, hosted by Friends of Banks Peninsula and the Robinsons Bay Residents and Ratepayers Association, with the support of the Akaroa Ratepayers Association and Akaroa Civic Trust.
It was clear from the meeting that many held concerns about the wastewater scheme, and agreed that a finding a sustainable and fit for purpose system was imperative.
